Our Guarantee and Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return it within 30 days for replacement, exchange or refund. The item must be returned in the original packaging and unused. Returns should be sent to: Frank Lloyd Wright's Martin House, 143 Jewett Parkway, Buffalo, NY 14214.
If an item has been damaged in transit or is defective, call 716.856.3858 x401 or email - and we will provide you instructions for the return.
All refunds will be issued in the same method of the original transaction within 30 days. Please keep your receipt.
All sale merchandise is considered final sale. No exchanges, refunds or replacements will be offered.

Tax is added to orders shipped within New York State at the rate of 8.75%. (Tax rate of 4.75% is applied to apparel orders under $110). Sales tax is not added to orders shipped outside New York State.
If you select the in-store pickup option during the checkout process, details are provided on your receipt. You will receive a second email when the order is ready.
We utilize both UPS and the USPS, and options will be presented to the customer during the checkout process. At this time, we only ship to the continental US and Canada.
