Single Coonley Playhouse Double Old Fashioned Glass

This design is taken from the Avery Coonley Playhouse in Riverside, Illinois (1912). With asymmetrical geometric designs and suggestions of flags, balloons, and confetti; the brightly colored windows bring to mind a parade. Since the playhouse was intended for children’s education and performances, this fun theme was entirely appropriate.

Each glass tumbler is printed and kiln fired with transparent jewel-like colors and features a weighted bottom.
